voidsy, based in Wels, Austria, develops active photothermal thermography and tomography systems for fast, contactless NDT. The V-ROX family, including V-ROX, V-ROX plus, 3D V-ROX and 3D V-ROX plus, images hidden defects such as delaminations, voids and porosity in composites, with analysis and reporting in voidsy Inspect software. Our team trained with voidsy in Austria, and we demonstrate the 3D V-ROX at the AIMM Center in Ogden, Utah.
Spain-based Windbotix builds robots that inspect and repair wind turbine blades from the inside. The Nemo FULL VISION robot travels deep into the blade carrying a high-resolution autofocus camera, gimbal, lighting and a laser meter, documenting internal damage without sending technicians into confined spaces. The compact EDGE model reaches tighter sections, and CYRUS performs internal repairs.
Omni NDE pairs collaborative robots with advanced sensors to automate inspection of complex parts and large structures. Its toolset includes robotic CT and laminography, contactless laser-excited ultrasound, and NDE digital twins that combine UT, CT, thermography and shearography data. Omni NDE is our partner at the AIMM Center in Ogden, Utah, where cobot-based inspection is demonstrated on real composite parts.
TRIGO is a global quality-management services group supporting manufacturers with inspection and testing, NDT and measurement, automated in-line optical inspection, rework, resident engineering and supplier development. Operating across 28 countries, TRIGO helps OEMs and their suppliers contain quality issues quickly and keep production moving.
Cobra Scientific designs and builds manual and automated ultrasonic and eddy current inspection equipment, including contact, immersion, angle beam and custom transducers, the MiniMan 2 scanner, powered gimbal systems and transducer certification stations. It also offers custom engineering and application development, and is our preferred partner for R&D and technique development projects.
Danish manufacturer Dantec Dynamics makes laser-optical measurement systems, including laser shearography for composite NDT. The portable FlawHunter pairs a high-resolution shearography sensor with vacuum excitation to quickly reveal disbonds, delaminations and voids across large areas, making it well suited to aircraft structures, wind blades and marine hulls. Dantec also offers digital image correlation (DIC) systems for strain and deformation measurement.
UK-based Sonatest designs ultrasonic NDT instruments, from conventional flaw detectors and thickness gauges to phased array and TFM. For composites, the VEO3 and Prisma phased-array units, the RSflite system and the patented WheelProbe enable rapid, repeatable scanning of large laminate structures.
Pragma NDT of Québec City, Canada, builds PragmaFlex, a portable platform that runs multiple inspection methods, including phased array UT and eddy current. Paired with Pragma3D analysis software and PragmaVision position encoding, it is designed for CFRP, GFRP and honeycomb composite inspection and integrates with robotic and metrology systems.
EOLOGIX-PING provides continuous health monitoring for wind turbine blades. Tower-mounted acoustic sensors listen for blade damage, lightning strikes and ice, while wireless, solar-powered on-blade sensors measure ice thickness and type in real time, helping operators catch problems early and restart safely after icing events.
