Composite Inspection and Consulting LLC (CICNDT) provides non-destructive testing, consulting, training and inspection equipment for composite and advanced-material structures. We work with manufacturers, operators and service providers in aerospace, space, wind and renewable energy, maritime and automotive.

We start with the problem, not the equipment. Every engagement begins with the part, the defect that matters and the standard it has to meet. From there we recommend the method that answers the question at the right cost, whether that is conventional or phased array ultrasonics, laser UT, thermography, shearography or another technique. You get what you need, nothing more and nothing less.

Our work is anchored at the AIMM Center, where clients can see technology from our partner network running on real parts, run a feasibility study on their own samples, and train their inspectors.

We do not take advantage of a client’s situation. Expect straight answers, fair pricing and results you can stand behind in an audit.

Mission

To give manufacturers and asset owners clear, defensible answers about the condition of their composite structures. We do that by matching the right NDT method to each problem, performing inspections to the governing standard, and building the in-house capability of the people who depend on the results.

Vision

A future where advanced composites are inspected with the same confidence as metals. New NDT technologies should move quickly from the lab to the production floor and the field, and every inspector should have the training to use them well.

CICNDT aims to be where industry goes to make that happen: a place to prove a new inspection technique, qualify it and put it to work.
